We get a lot of artwork mounted by other framers for artists to ‘ a price’ The first photo shows the print stuck to the mount with brown backboard tape. This is acidic and will bleed through the print. The mount is badly proportioned. The last two photo’s show how we do every mount. Acid free backing and hinged with acid free tape. As an artist would you want your artwork on your customers walk with brown tape glue coming through? Price really isn’t everything!
