is a charity that was set up to support the cornish fishery and local lobster population. Lobsters are nurtured from egg through their most vunerable stage of their life cycle and released back into the wild. The visitor centre is open every day of the year except Christmas Day.

Talk about people power! 🦞🌊 Wow — what an amazing baby lobster release & beach clean event with our friends and . We were completely blown away by how many wonderful people came along to learn about lobster conservation, help release all 350 baby lobsters, and care for our coastline.

This was our The National Lobster Hatchery’s biggest public lobster release EVER — and together we collected so much litter during the beach clean too! 💙

It’s incredible what we can achieve when we work together for our oceans and beaches. More highlights to come! ✨

Today we have been celebrating 100 years of the extraordinary Sir David Attenborough — a voice that didn’t just narrate our planet, but helped the world fall in love with it.

It’s hard to put into words just how much one person has changed the way the world sees nature, conservation, and our responsibility to protect this planet. So many of us grew up hearing your voice and learning to care a little more deeply about the oceans, wildlife, and the world around us because of you.

The ripple effect of Blue Planet alone has been incredible - a catalyst for genuinely changing habits, conversations, policies, and perspectives across the globe. So many of us working in conservation today are living proof of this impact.

Thank you, Sir David, for opening our eyes to both the beauty and fragility of this planet, and for showing us how to fight for it
