UK based artist Peter Jonathon Peacock was born on February 6th 1956 in Nottingham, England. His scholarship couldn't have gone any better with three A levels gained at Trent Polytechnic (now Trent University). Jonathon really came to fame during a busy time in the fashionable Nottingham City during the 1980's where much of his work was featured in the town's lace market gallery. Since then, Jonat
hon's work has been viewed, brought and sold regularly all over the UK with his distinctive water colour style obvious for all to see. With over 60,000 originals in circulation, Jonathon still works as a full time artist and resides at Papplewick Hall, a Grade I listed building built by Frederick Montague between 1781 and 1786. Jonathan's paintings are on the walls of people's homes all over the world and many can be found signed by various aliases with a much smaller number signed in his actual name.
