September brings a lovely mix of creativity and wellbeing to the gallery, with meditation, creative writing and collage workshops — something for the mind, something for the imagination, and plenty of space to play and create.

Over the last couple of months we have been mono printing using a gelli plate and a question has arisen, now what? I have 100 prints and what do I do with them? So this week we will be using the prints alongside magazines, paper, paint and pencils to create something new. Don't worry if you haven't attended a workshop yet or made any prints as there will be plenty for you to use. Contact [email protected] or Barnabas Arts House to book a space.

🌿 Tuesday Evening Meditation at Art on the Edge 🌿
Starting Tuesday 1st September, join us every Tuesday evening from 7–8pm for an hour to slow down, breathe and create some space for yourself.
The sessions are led by Philomena Jordan-Patrikios, an experienced coach who has worked with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Philomena creates a safe, supportive space where you can feel held, listened to and gently guided.
Her approach encourages simple, healthy habits of mind and helps us reconnect with our own sense of passion, purpose and wellbeing.
No previous meditation experience needed — everyone is welcome.
