Flight by Mark Demsteader captures a moment of quiet contemplation, as a graceful female figure reaches forward, her flowing pink dress dissolving into an atmospheric abstract ground.

A powerful example of Demsteader’s distinctive approach to contemporary figurative painting.

For collectors drawn to works that balance beauty, emotion and abstraction.

This piece is currently on show at Hancock Gallery or is available online via the link in our bio.

What does the edition number mean?

An edition number shows how many prints were produced and which one you own. For example, 12/50 means your print is number 12 of a total edition of 50.

For buyers, it confirms the print is part of a defined edition and helps establish its rarity and collectability.

This linocut print, Over the Fields to the Sea, by Ann Burnham is edition 7/8, one of just eight prints produced.

Available in the gallery and online via the link in our bio.

On world photographer day we have a look at Daniel Remer.

A photographer whose unique technique of “Light-Painting” blurs the line between photography and painting.

Influenced by the early Metaphysical and Surrealist painters, Remer has developed his own unique visual language which is garnering him awards and recognition.

Within the wave' by Rebecca Holmes is an edition 31 of 40.

Rebecca's creative process predominantly unfolds during the quiet of the night, allowing her to let the imagery grow organically.

The resulting artworks transcend mere physical landscapes, evolving into psychological realms where she finds solace and mental realignment.
