Our popular Pooch Passport scheme, sponsored by natural pet food company Forthglade, has returned to Mottisfont (and 136 other dog-friendly places). Snap up your free passport, collect stamps at different places and enjoy free natural dog treats or an exclusive pin badge.

Mottisfont is a three pawprint-rated Pooch Passport destination. It has a grassy paddock for dogs to play and relax in (on the lead) and picnic benches for humans to relax on. A riverside stroll leads to meadows behind the house and there’s a six-mile estate walk too. Dogs can check out the Coach House café where they’ll find dog ice cream and other snacks. There are water stations and dog waste bins too, and in the shop, a good stock of treats, toys and accessories. Pooch Passport valid until 28 February 2027.

Roll up, roll up for a circus skills session at Mottisfont, as part of our Summer of Play!

On Monday 31 August, join performers from circus company Storm in a Teacup for a day of hands-on circus fun for all the family. Have a go at plate spinning, juggling, tightrope walking, hula hooping and much more, with friendly, expert guidance from their professional performers, who'll help you build confidence and pick up new skills at your own pace, whatever your age or ability.

Then dive into their amazing bubble displays - chase and pop giant bubbles, and get lost in clouds of millions of tiny bubbles as they drift and dance across the grounds. It's a magical spectacle for younger visitors and grown-ups alike, and a brilliant photo opportunity too.
