Thank You for a Wonderful Exhibition Opening!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday20th June 2026 to celebrate the opening of "The Colours of Home", our latest exhibition by the talented local artist Rita Readman.

It was a pleasure to welcome so many visitors to the gallery, and we'd like to extend a special thank you to Rita for spending the afternoon with us. Your support helped make the opening such a wonderful success.

If you couldn't make the launch, there's still plenty of time to visit! The Colours of Home showcases Rita's stunning paintings of Redcar, Whitby, Saltburn, South Bank and Middlesbrough, celebrating the landscapes and places that make the North East so special.

Many of the original paintings are available to purchase, along with a selection of beautiful prints and greeting cards, perfect for taking a little piece of the North East home with you or giving as a thoughtful gift.

Exhibition runs until Saturday 15th August 2026

Youth Justice Rehabilitation service

We're proud to showcase some of the incredible work created by the Youth Justice Rehabilitation Team, including a collection of handcrafted coco clocks and stunning grandfather clock's which will be on display at the gallery.

These unique pieces demonstrate the creativity, skill, and dedication of the young people involved, supported every step of the way by their committed youth workers. It's fantastic to see these projects helping to build confidence, develop practical skills, and create something the whole community can be proud of.
