I got this message from a customer at the weekend. This is what it is all about for me. I started painting for fun/relaxation/mental health.

I never expected to sell anything. It was only because people in my village asked if I would consider this. It was never about making money. If I break even on costs each year, then it's a good year.

I only sell at two Christmas fayres in my village as my full time job is looking after 13 schools and supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

Getting replies like this really make it all worthwhile.
