Once a year, over the next 5 years, INN will focus on a city from Turkey, Russia, India, China and Brazil at a 4-day event, showcasing leading art, architecture, film, fashion, food, drink, music, stories, and other aspects of culture which make that city unique. The showcase will be a chance for visitors to immerse themselves in the city’s culture, discovering emerging creative talent, sampling a
uthentic food and drink, and learning about contemporary culture and customs rather than cliché. Taking place in the stunning Victoria House building in central London’s Bloomsbury Square. Only seconds away from The British Museum and walking distance to Oxford Street. The 25,000 sq ft venue will be brimming with Istanbul galleries, design practices, fashion designers, and Turkish brands, many of which will be offering visitors the chance to buy products never before available in the UK. A series of talks will offer visitors the chance to learn more about the brands involved in the event, whilst a café; street food vendors and bars will provide a chance to take a break. An authentic Turkish dining experience will be offered in the meyhane – offering traditional meze (Turkish tapas), as well as Turkish Raki for the bold and inquisitive. INN will be launching the event with a one-day conference investigating the opportunity for developing trade & relations between the UK and Turkey.
