ARTUNER is an innovative online platform founded by Eugenio Re Rebaudengo that provides unprecedented access to expertly curated exhibitions of both established and emerging artists. With an intimate visual experience that offers an environment traditionally reserved only for established collectors, ARTUNER assures art enthusiasts a new way to access museum quality works. An unparalleled level of

support and expert insight set ARTUNER apart from their online competitors. ARTUNER is an avenue for new and experienced collectors to view and buy art chosen by an evolving roster of eminent international curators. Works are exclusive to the site, with a programme of exhibitions (curations) throughout the year in a variety of mediums. Unique to ARTUNER, all works can be viewed to scale both ‘in a room’ and in ultra-high definition, rendering every detail of the work visible. Integral to ARTUNER is an educative and academic approach, confirmed by the museum quality curations and expert guidance offered on the site. With essays ranging from the care of fine art photography to the hanging of works, visitors can gain insight into the art of collecting from world-renowned experts in the field, something rarely accessible to those not already versed in the ways of collecting.

David Patrick Walsh , ‘View of a Folly from Beyond a Stone Wall’ (2025)

Set at the threshold of a constructed landscape, two figures pause before an architectural folly—caught in a moment suspended between hesitation and inevitability. The scene unfolds through quiet tension, isolation, and doubt, where certainty slowly begins to dissolve.

Presented in the online group exhibition ‘Shifting Grounds’, curated by Artuner.

“Every individual organism is merely a bud that has sprouted from the combined body of its two parents.” — Henri Bergson

Drawing on this premise, the work by Manuele Cerutti conceives the individual as an extension of a continuous, generational body rather than an autonomous form. Intertwined figures articulate a condition of forced cohesion, where identity emerges through inheritance, friction, and dependency. Suspended between past and future, the composition evokes the tension between what is desired and what is inevitably carried forward, situating existence within a flow that cannot be interrupted.

Last week to see ‘Shifting Grounds’, the group exhibition curated by ARTUNER which brings together works that reflect a world in constant flux—where perception shifts, meaning remains open, and images resist stillness.

This large-scale quadriptych by Paul Kneale transforms abstraction into a charged atmospheric landscape shaped by the emotional residue of global conflict. Spanning nearly twenty feet, the work unfolds across four panels as a sequence of intensities — moving from gathering tension to explosive release, then collapse and ruin — without ever depicting figures or specific events.

‘WAR’, 2026 is part of the online group show ‘Shifting Grounds’, live on ARTUNER until 25 May.

Michael Armitage is currently on view at Palazzo Grassi with a major solo exhibition ‘The Promise of Change’, curated by Jean-Marie Gallais and presented by the Pinault Collection.

Spanning paintings and studies from recent years, the exhibition unfolds as a powerful and layered journey through themes of violence, migration, and political instability — where reality and personal vision intertwine through Armitage’s deeply distinctive visual language.

We have collaborated with Michael Armitage on several projects and exhibitions over the last 10 years, and it is a pleasure to now see his work presented in this major institutional context at Palazzo Grassi in Venice!

In ‘The New Lies’, Marcus Cope .cope reflects on familial dynamics through a composition that recalls the logic of collage. The canvas unfolds into fragmented timelines, where background and foreground dissolve into one another. The figures emerge in quiet opposition: a child drifts before the radiance of a cartoon-like sun, while an elderly man withdraws into shadow, his presence marked only by the faint glow of a cigarette ember.

‘The New Lies’ is currently on view in the group exhibition ‘Sea, Pop & Sun’ at Fondation Carmignac ().

‘The Wedding Cake’ by Pia Krajewski conveys a sense of lightness and gentleness. In contrast to the density of ‘The Claw’, the work introduces a softer, more serene atmosphere. It can be understood as an opposite register—an oasis of calm that appears to exist slightly apart from reality, offering a quieter and more contemplative space.

‘Wedding Cake’, 2026 is currently featured in the online group exhibition ‘Shifting Grounds’, now live on artuner.com.
