Mae'r artist a'r ffotograffydd Anna Higson yn archwilio pobl, lleoedd a straeon ardal Tudweiliog yn Llŷn. Wedi'i hysbrydoli gan Gasgliad Geoff Charles a ffilm ‘Yr Etifeddiaeth’, mae hi'n cofnodi’r ymdeimlad cryf o gymuned sy’n bodoli yn y pentref, gan ddathlu ei arwyr di-glod a'r genhedlaeth nesaf sy'n cario’r etifeddiaeth yn ei blaen. Mae'r prosiect parhaus hwn yn dal moment mewn amser mewn man ble mae’r stori yn parhau i ddatblygu.

𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - A moment in time, Tudweiliog and its community. Spring 2026.

🗓 Exhibition continues until the 4th of October
📍 John Andrews, Plas Glyn-y-Weddw

Artist and photographer Anna Higson explores the people, places, and stories that shape Tudweiliog in Llŷn. Inspired by the Geoff Charles' Collection and ‘Yr Etifeddiaeth’ (The Heritage) film, she documents the village's strong sense of community, celebrating both its unsung heroes and the next generation carrying its legacy forward. This ongoing project captures a moment in time in a place where the story continues to unfold.

Commissioned by Plas Glyn-y-Weddw and CELF. Another big thank you to the people of Tudweiliog for sharing their stories, memories, and community.

Fel Storiwr Gweledol Coed Coexist, bu Kiowa ac Eleri yn cofnodi perthnasoedd y prosiect – sy'n esblygu rhwng pobl, ecoleg, diwylliant a lle o fewn tirwedd coetir Cymru.

Bydd Kiowa Casey yn rhannu 'Winllan', llyfr ffotograffau a ysbrydolwyd gan sgyrsiau gyda artistiaid a weithiodd gyda siarcol o'r goeden ffawydd a disgynodd; mae'r gwaith yn archwilio themâu profiad bywyd, ymdeimlad o berthyn a chysylltiad.

Bydd Eleri Parry yn trafod ei chyfres o ffilmiau a gafodd ei chreu ar gyfer Coed Coexist, sy'n defnyddio delweddau ac adrodd straeon i archwilio cymuned, creadigrwydd a chysylltiad.

We're looking forward to welcoming fine art photographer Kiowa Casey and filmmaker Eleri Parry to our next special Coed Coexist LOBSGOWS session.

🗓 Thursday evening, 10th of September

As Coed Coexist's Visual Storytellers, Kiowa and Eleri documented the project's evolving relationships between people, ecology, culture and place within the Welsh woodland landscape.

Kiowa Casey will share 'Winllan', a photobook inspired by conversations with artists who worked with charcoal made from the fallen beech tree, exploring themes of lived experience, belonging and connection.

Eleri Parry will discuss her film series created for Coed Coexist, which uses imagery and storytelling to explore community, creativity, and connection.

Join us for an insight into their creative process as they share their experience of working alongside Coed Coexist artists.

Iogis Bach is back! 🧘‍♀️✨ 🪷

We have three sessions of Yoga for Babies this September, hosted by Leri from Iogis Bach.

These sessions give a broad introduction to baby yoga and massage techniques to support your baby's developmental milestones. There'll also be an emphasis on parent/caregiver wellbeing.

The sessions are relaxed with no pressure on you or your baby.

Cynhaliwyd eu perfformiad cyntaf yn Kyiv, Wcráin – dinas a gafodd ei rhwygo gan ryfel – gan ysbrydoli rhaglen sy’n myfyrio ar le, gwydnwch a chysylltiad trwy gerddoriaeth.

Mae’r cyngerdd yn cynnwys gweithiau gan Philip Glass ac Arvo Pärt ochr yn ochr â darn clodwiw Campbell, 'Birdsong', a darn ap Siôn, 'The Bird Has Flown' – teyrnged deimladwy i Wcráin. O Gymru i Kyiv (a nôl) – From Cymru to Kyiv (and back) 🎼

Violinist Jack M. Campbell and pianist Pwyll ap Siôn perform as Duologue, a contemporary music duo formed in 2025. Their debut performance took place in war-torn Kyiv, Ukraine, inspiring a programme that reflects on place, resilience and connection through music.

The concert features works by Philip Glass and Arvo Pärt alongside Campbell's acclaimed Birdsong and ap Siôn's The Bird Has Flown, a moving homage to Ukraine. The duo is currently recording its debut album of Philip Glass arrangements, celebrating the composer's 90th birthday in 2027.

Bywyd Gwledig yn Llŷn ac Eifionydd – Drwy lens Geoff Charles 🎞

Mae ffotograffau 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝟭𝟵𝟬𝟵–𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟮) yn dogfennu bywyd yn y Gymru wledig. Trwy ganiatad Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru, cyflwynir detholiad o ddelweddau a dynnwyd yn lleol, ynghyd a ffilm ‘Yr Etifeddiaeth’, a grёwyd ganddo gyda’r newyddiadurwr a darlledwr John Roberts Williams yn 1949.

Galluogwyd y benthyciadau trwy’r prosiect CELF sydd yn anelu at arddangos gweithiau celf cyfoes o’r casgliad cenedlaethol mewn rhwydwaith o orielau ledled Cymru. Rydym yn ddiolchgar i brosiect CELF a Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru am wneud yr arddangosfa hon yn bosib.

Rural Life in Llŷn and Eifionydd - Through the lens of Geoff Charles 🎞

🗓 Exhibition continues until the 4th of October

The photographs of 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝟭𝟵𝟬𝟵–𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟮) document life in rural Wales. A selection of photographs taken across Llŷn and Eifionydd have been loaned by the National Library of Wales and is presented alongside the 1949 film Yr Etifeddiaeth (The Heritage), created by Geoff Charles with journalist and broadcaster John Roberts Williams.

These loans have been made possible through the CELF project, which aims to exhibit works from the national collection in galleries across Wales. We are grateful to the CELF project and the National Library of Wales for making this exhibition possible.
