In Small Things Considered, three photographers offer three distinctive visions. Thomas Oliver draws us into the timeless atmosphere of Paris and the French landscape; Matt Velarde captures the iconic roadsides and faded Americana of Route 66; while Paul Gallagher FRPS takes us up close to grasses, revealing intricate patterns, textures and details we might otherwise overlook.

From the vastness of the open road to the quiet beauty of the natural world, each image tells its own story and invites you to see the world differently.

FABOULASS! ✨🍭

And quite frankly we couldn’t think of a better title for the work of Conor Trapnell.

We’re delighted to introduce Conor, winner of the 2026 Velarde x Arts University Plymouth South West Arts Graduate Award (SWAG) in his first professional exhibition.

Conor’s world is one of experimentation, play and instinct, bringing together painting, printmaking and image transfer to create vibrant, layered works that keep revealing something new.

And the response has been pretty fabulous…

Six works sold in the first weekend! 🔥

So, if you’ve got your eye on Conor’s work, don’t hang around as they won’t be around for long.
