The Henfield Friends have this great event coming up shortly!

Don't miss this rare chance to get 'hands on'!

The London Mudlarks are coming to Henfield with some of their best finds! If you missed their first visit in 2024 or are interested to see some of their new finds since then, please drop by.

Hosted by the Friends of Henfield Museum, this 'Hands on History' day will be at Henfield Hall on Saturday 2nd May from 11AM-4PM. The Mudlarks will be showing and talking about a staggering number of finds from the River Thames in the City of London.

With every find the following questions are attached: who, why, when and where - and it’s because of the huge amount of knowledge that the Mudlarks have attained, that they are able to provide answers to some of these questions - rarely can they answer all. We also hope to showcase some finds from local metal detectorists on the day, so keep an eye out for local finds too!

Any proceeds post-expenses will go to support the Friends of Henfield Museum.
