Cretan Bull will be joining the wonderful sculptures at the exhibition.
Alison Pink’s ceramic creatures incorporate texture which is rolled into the sheets of clay prior to cutting out the shapes. She uses a simple armature made from newspaper/ card and a wooden dowel. The texture could be lace, fabric, rubber stamps and found objects. She works/ teaches from her home studio in nearby Marlow.
Her only rule is that she make each piece in one day.
Alison also runs very popular workshops for Guild members.
