Haverhill Local History Museum Haverhill Local History Museum exists to collect, house, preserve and interpret the history of Haverhill and its surrounding district.

The Group also provides a means for the general public to access this local archive material in the History Centre.

The Local History Museum will be launching their latest publication, compiled by their Archivist Tony Turner, 'Some more images of Haverhill Suffolk' on Saturday 8th August between 10am-12noon in the Local History Museum situated in the Haverhill Arts Centre. Everyone is welcome to come along to view or buy the book at just £8.00 for non-members, £6.00 for members.

A recent donation to the museum. We are extremely grateful to receive an old basketball top belonging to the Haverhill Panda Press Basketball club. They played in the Cambridgeshire league during the 70s/80s. Newspaper cutting (although not very clear) shows David Sutton of Panda Press who sponsored their kit over a three year period.

With the World Cup final today, here’s a picture of the Haverhill Rovers off to a final. Anyone know the date or people?
