A little favour, if I may! 🎟️🍰

As we get closer to our Day on the Marshes fete on 23rd August, we're putting together our raffle and tombola to help raise funds for the Wind Energy Museum and the Thurne Mill restoration!

I'm looking for any donations of raffle prizes or tombola goodies. 🎁

It could be a bottle, chocolates, toiletries, vouchers, toys, a gift, a hamper, something homemade, or anything else you think would make a lovely prize. Every donation, big or small, really does help.

If you have a business and would like to donate a prize, we'd be absolutely delighted to give you a mention and a huge thank you on the day too! ❤️

Looking for something fun and different for the children during the summer holidays?

Join us at the Wind Energy Museum on Thursday 13th August for a fantastic afternoon Learning About Hedgehogs with Poppy!

1.30pm – 3.30pm

Fun crafts & hands-on activities and scavenger hunt
Discover fascinating hedgehog facts
Learn about hedgehogs and their habitats
Get creative and make some hedgehog-inspired masterpieces!

What an absolutely fantastic day here at the Museum!

We were thrilled to host the MG Car Rally, and what an incredible turnout it was. From classic beauties to proud owners and enthusiasts, the atmosphere was buzzing all day long.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a memorable event we loved seeing so many smiling faces and stunning cars in one place!
