Calling all teachers! Don’t forget we are holding a free open day just for you today!

We are here until 4pm so come along, visit the museum, have a go at the sorts of activities we will offer and chat to us about how we can help you make the most of a trip!

It’s Bank Holiday Monday and we are open from 11am-4pm.

If the weather stays fine we will have some fun, old fashioned fairground games to try your luck at outside the museum!

There is a small charge for the games and prizes to be won!

It may be a wet start to the Bank Holiday weekend but it is the perfect day to take a dive into the museum without getting wet!
We are open 11am-4pm all weekend including Monday with lots to see and do for all ages.
Pop into Bayside Cabin for a drink or bite to eat afterwards.

The Diving Museum is open Fri-Mon this week.

Roll Up! Roll Up!
On Monday we will be celebrating the Bank Holiday with a traditional pastime activity when visiting the seaside - Victorian fairground games.
Try your hand at Hoopla, our Coconut Shy, Hook-a-duck, and Tin Can Alley to win a prize.

A small charge will be made to play. One free go with every museum admission ticket.
A museum admission ticket is not required to have a go as this will be outside the building. If adverse weather conditions the activities will not take place.

Calling all teachers.

The Diving Museum is launching its service for schools this September. Pop in to the museum at No.2 Battery on Tuesday 1 September 10am-4pm to find out how we can support the delivery of an exciting curriculum for all Key Stages.

Wow fully booked on the first day of bookings! Looking forward to seeing those who got a place in September.

We are looking forward to being part of Gosport Heritage Open Days again this year. Visit our store which was once an ARP Civil Defence Bunker.

Congratulations to the finders of Little Diver No.13. We hope you enjoyed your free visit to the museum.
Little Diver No.12 has been found but not returned. If you were the finder please pop in with him to get your free admission ticket.

We still have a few spaces at our Inventors session tomorrow! 10.30am or 1.30 pm.

We will be celebrating the creativity, innovation and imagination of inventors that made a difference to divers and the underwater world!

Tuesday 18 August is our final Family Discovery Day of the Summer.

Today we welcomed Blind Veterans UK to the museum for a tour. A big thank you to volunteers John, Henry, and Ricardo who went the extra mile to ensure everyone had a great time.

The museum offers groups visits Tues- Thursday or before we open Fri-Sun giving exclusive access to the displays. If your group is looking for somewhere to visit then please get in touch [email protected]
