We have had the pleasure of showing off more of Christina Callaghan work in A Tangle of Living Things. From her surreal paintings to her creative ceramic creations… we love it all 🤗

We found Christina through our Open Call process for a past exhibition and asked her to give us more work for this show. Once you have exhibited with us, you’re welcome to submit work for consideration for any upcoming exhibitions.

We think Christina Callaghan is definitely an artist to watch! And having studied under Michelle Dash her work is really evolving so uniquely. We dig.

A Tangle of Living Things ends on Monday 7th September. Come and see before we change it up again 🎉💚👋

We know it’s wet outside, but we have shelter! 🤗💚

Join us for an unique afternoon of creativity inspired by Nature and the organic form… Naturalist’s Sip & Draw is a curated drawing and storytelling event for the lovers and students of nature, creativity and the Naturalists among us!

Date: Saturday 5th September

Times: 1 - 3pm or 3 - 5 pm

Tickets £20 advance / £25 on the door

Place: HoTT Community Hub (at the end of our garden)

Spaces are limited to only 8 people only, so please book your place to avoid disappointment.

Coinciding with the end of the “A Tangle of Living Things” exhibition we celebrate the wonders of the natural world and explore the relationships between plants, animals, with humans, story and culture with an imaginative weaving of art and storytelling.

Through visual stimuli, story and conversation, we aim to express our creative curiosities with sketching, writing or a combined art form while socialising and enjoying a complimentary glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage including tea, coffee, and a selection of herbal teas.

The event is suitable for all, whether you’re an experienced artist or simply looking for a relaxing and unique experience; it is all about enjoying the creative process in good company. Simply bring your creative curiosities and enthusiasm and let your imagination flourish.

The event is also suitable for those interested in other forms of creativity such as writing, literature, poetry and creative expression.

All materials are provided but if you are used to certain materials, sketchbooks or notebooks, feel free to bring them along for your own comfort and convenience.

Naturalist’s Sip & Draw is a popular curated drawing and storytelling events part of a series of themed events centred around storytelling around myth, fantasy, nature, science, culture and spirit and hosted by Bristol creative events organiser Life Drawing Extraordinaire!

Book your place on Eventbrite, just search for Naturalists Sip & Draw or visit our website events page for the link 🍷☕️
