*Just launched!*

Brand new greeting card designs featuring some of my favourite subjects - owls, sheep, blue t**s, dogs and even a blue lobster.

The cards are blank inside making them perfect to keep tucked away for those moments when you need a card - whether that’s for a birthday, anniversary, thank you, moving house, get well soon or a note to brighten someone’s day.

They’re especially lovely for fellow nature lovers and one of my favourite things is hearing that many people choose to frame them as mini artworks after gifting them. Some people also buy a bundle as a thoughtful gift for friends or family who love writing letters, sending notes or always having cards ready for special occasions.

The new collection is now available exclusively through my online shop: www.victoriakirtleyart.co.uk/cards

Currently available as:
• 5 cards for £10 (+ £2.50 delivery)
• Individual cards at £2.50 each (plus delivery).

Studio progress thanks to my incredible husband and son team…it’s going to be amazing (and much needed): I think my family are fed up of finding gold in their dinner and paint spattered across the floor! 😬

I’m absolutely delighted to announce that I’ve been invited as ‘Artist of the Month’ at the beautiful Seaglass Gallery in Lympstone - a welcoming, independent gallery right on the edge of the Exe Estuary that celebrates local artists and the stunning coastal creativity of East Devon.

The new collection I’ve created especially for Seaglass called “Living Life on the Exe” - inspired by the coastal blues, greys, creams and whites (and of course, a little gold!) and the wildlife of the Exe Estuary; local mussels, oysters, lobsters and the iconic curlews and avocet that dot our shoreline.

If you’re a bird watcher who knows the call of a curlew, a nature lover who breathes easier by the water, an art collector who cherishes the wild coast or simply someone who lives and loves life on the Exe - this exhibition is for you.

The collection includes something new for me with the inclusion of works on paper - the natural colours and textures felt right for these estuary-inspired pieces: The “Exmouth Mussels” statement piece has a contemporary (and trendy!) deckle edge and is float mounted in a white-washed wooden frame for an original coastal look and feel.

The exhibition starts today at Seaglass Gallery in Lympstone and runs until 29th April 2026 (unless sold).

Immerse yourself in the place we’re so lucky to call home.

✨ Even on the dullest of days, the golden light of 23-carat gilding gives me an instant endorphin rush!

This new piece marks a lovely new venture into paper works for me, using beautiful high-quality 300gsm, cold pressed paper.

I’ve given this traditional subject a contemporary edge with delicate 23-carat gold gilding on the wheat behind the bird. When you move around the piece, the gold catches and reflects the light - bringing the painting to life.

This new curlew will be part of my new exhibition at from 1st April for most of the month (or until it flies to a new home!).

If you’d like to find out more about this new collection, including my first coastal paperworks inspired by the Exe Estuary, I’d love you to join my ‘Collectors Club’ at www.victoriakirtleyart.co.uk.

Please note: All pieces from this collection will be available to purchase through . Feel free to get in touch or pop down to Lympstone in April if you’d like more details!

- that’s a wrap! What a wonderful week it’s been; meeting so many new faces and reconnecting with familiar ones.

Thank you all for the visits, kind words, messages, conversations, purchases and orders in support of my first pop-up gallery. Your encouragement means the world and it was a joy to share my work with you.

If there was a piece you had your eye on, you can check availability on my website.

My new unframed bumblebee prints sold out quicker than expected, but I’ll be ordering more on Monday. If you’d like one before Christmas, please feel free to get in touch before Monday or submit a “back in stock” request on my website so you’re first to know when they return.

Thank you once again for making my first pop-up so special. If you’d like to hear about future exhibitions or releases, you’re very welcome to join my ‘Collectors Club’ via my website.

With gratitude,
Victoria. X
