Went to visit my graffiti artist mate today at his gallery in Edinburgh (cool pic entering the studio). He's going to teach me some graffiti skills & potentially help me with my 2026 exhibition for Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I've a feeling I'll be a fish out of water! Wish me luck.

This is no country for the dilettante, the poltroon, or the fop. It is a place of storms, darkness, and wild beasts, where only the most focused individuals may survive. Such rare persons study the contours of the land—its hazards and shelters, the currents of its winds, and the cycles of its seasons.

When they are ready to set forth on their journey, they travel light, ever prepared to alter course as events require, yet remain steadfast in pursuit of their goal.

We woke at 4 AM to take a tuk-tuk from Siem Reap to Angkor Wat to witness the breathtaking sunrise over its ancient spires. Then we spent the day exploring the many temples & pagodas. Wow! 🤯

Gm to gym day 10 in a row. 25 lbs down in last 100 days of healthy diet + massive cut down on alcohol. Now with daily exercise the goal is to lose another 15 lbs and be the same weight I was 15 years ago. Lfg 2025!
