A truly special afternoon.
Installation, performance, and ceramic artist Mary Branson hosted an inspiring and captivating talk, split across our Indoor Gallery and right out in the depths of the Sculpture Garden. Leading the intimate group on a passionate trip through her artistic development and extraordinary projects, Mary then took us on a walk to discover her extraordinary and moving installation ‘A Conversation with My Mother’ nestled in the heart of the grounds.

Mary’s two sound and sculptural installations ‘The Undertow’ (displayed on the gallery terrace) and ‘A Conversation with My Mother’ are on display until Sunday 25th October 2026.
It has been such an honour to work with Mary this year, and we cannot wait to see her next public art project unveiled… 👀
