âMany leaves turnâ presents new work by Jo Ball. The floor and wall-based pieces are informed by ideas of fragility and resilience, made from materials gathered from the artistâs allotment, home and the city she lives in. Everyday stuff such as string, paper, mud and sticks are used to create forms that refer to holding and containment and their opposites - letting go or overflowing.

As a neurodiverse, British-Chinese artist, Alisonâs work explores difference, isolation, belonging and inclusion, and her practice facilitates conversations for people who sometimes find it hard to communicate. Stemming from her own personal experiences with her two sons, who are autistic with complex needs, Alison uses art and activism as a way to bridge these gaps and create a space thatâs supportive and accessible. The exhibition features sculpture, video, text, and calligraphy works by Wilson So.
