Open again this morning for another day of raising money for Mind and Mums In Need: Confronting Coercive Control , in a collaboration suggested by LM | Art Gallery . We're hLM | Art Galleryday (and from 11-5pm tomorrow) so come and look at some excellent art and donate money to two excellent causes too.

Another fantastic Poetry open mic night at the gallery. Thank you so much to all who came along to read and to listen. Quite an intense evening with some truly incredible work.

Please do come by next weekend and support these causes. Whether we realise it or not, we will all know women who feel trapped in abusive relationships and are desperately trying to do the right thing for their children. And, despite so many people experiencing mental ill health during their lives, there is still incredible stigma attached to it. The very lovely Polly Marix Evans has donated some of her gorgeous prints for the charity event next weekend in support of Mind and Mums In Need: Confronting Coercive Control . All the proceeds from these, and some of my own work, will go towards the two charities. 10% of all other work sold over the Bank holiday weekend will also be donated in a collaboration with LM | Art Gallery .

I've just added some new work at Bluebell Would Gallery, Seaview St, Cleethorpes.

My original artwork, prints and cards are on show alongside over 30 other artists/ crafters.

I have recently added 4 new prints, including this one.

Opening hours Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 11am - 5pm. Closed Tues and Wed.

It's tough and stressful being self-employed and simultaneously trying to help build the sort of community you want to live in while taking care to support and encourage those around you. With that in mind, the truly inspiring Holly from Communiverse ✨ will be taking a day off to replenish her energy before she burns out. So.... you have me as host for the Poetry open mic on Monday at the gallery. I can't promise to be as together and organised as Holly but I will do my best to continue her positive and uplifting style. If you don't mind a slightly shambolic affair, I would be very grateful to have as many of you as possible come along to support me. You don't have to read anything yourself; just sit back and enjoy an evening of poetry and spoken word from those who are happy to share the contents of their brains and hearts. I might even read something new!
