The Wilson Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum holds a internationally important collection of Arts and Crafts Movement material, from William Morris to contemporary makers working in the tradition. The collection particularly focuses on the Arts and Crafts in the Cotswolds area, with extensive collections on the Cotswold Group of craftspeople such as Ernest Gimson, Sidney and Ernest Barnsley and Pete

r Waals, and on C R Ashbee and the Guild of Handicraft. The collection is on show at The Wilson in our newly redisplayed Arts and Crafts Movement Gallery and Furniture Store. Our important collection of private press books, the Emery Walker Library, is on display in our new gallery, the Paper Store.
