Hello everyone and welcome to week 24 of the year and what a week we have lined up...

Firstly - the world cup starts this week (can you tell admin likes footie) and we'll be doing a World Cup sweepstake - pop in and collect your team for £2 a pop.

Our weekly line up looks like this.

Weds 10th June
-Craft Club from 1-3pm
-Light Bites 12-7pm
-Acoustic Music - 8pm onwards

Thurs 11th June
-Poetry Club 2-4pm
-Games Night from 7.30pm onwards
-Light Bites 12-7pm

Fri 12th & Sat 13th
-Light Bites 12-7pm

Sun 14th June
-Sunday Roast launch day - more info to follow in a separate post

A quick notice from Walkers Footwear

We’ll be taking a short break and will be closed from 10th–17th, reopening on the 18th.

If you’ve been thinking about new shoes, boots, school shoes, or getting fitted with first shoes, now is a great time to call in before we close for a well needed break.

We look forward to seeing you before the 10th and again when we reopen on the 18th!

🦁 ⚽️ The wait is over….. it’s World Cup 2026 (can you believe)

We will be showing all England matches in the Punch Bowl Inn.

🌍🏆 For a starters we have 🌍🏆

- Saturday 6th June - New Zealand 🇳🇿 9pm

-Not showing Costa Rica / clash with Acoustic Music

-Wednesday 17th June - Croatia 🇭🇷 9pm (after the quiz)

-Tuesday 23rd June - Ghana 🇬🇭 9pm (special Tuesday opening 7-11pm)

-Saturday 27th June - Panama 🇵🇦 10pm (we’re open until 12 this night)

Further fixtures to be posted in due course…let’s not get ahead of ourselves!!
