Just had some friends round who have been looking at my art. My art is so much down to individual interpretation- they both spotted different details/images in various pieces. The images aren't necessarily there, so to speak, it depends on what your brain sees, conjures up and picks out. Fascinating to hear what they found! My art can also be hung at different orientations, which again depends on individual preference. Who prefers the purple at the top, and who prefers the purple at the bottom? (Click on each image to see them fully).

One of my geometric pieces, just framed. It was quite a challenge when all you're using is an iron! It's hard to see in the photo, but am quite pleased with the perception of depth heading into the central point of yellow.

Have been trying out various printing companies to get my art onto a few items including mouse mats :-)

One of my green pieces. Looks digital but it's just the iron- and a steady hand!😄

This is one of my abstract pieces- I find the colours attractive and it looks a bit like a window with a sunset in the background. With my art everyone sees different things :-)

Bit of an abstract one this, but mixing colours isn't easy with an iron and they can easily merge and get a bit mucky- love the contrasting dark green and dark pinky purple this has produced; and the curious detail down in the bottom right :-)

For this piece I mixed red and yellow wax to create a lovely fiery orange fantasy world

Before starting my art session last week I'd thought about doing a piece representing good vs evil. In the end I didn't, but afterwards I did zoom in on this piece (after someone said they could see a demon) and in my mind it looks like a demon with a glowing angelic or divine head behind him. It might not be visible to all but that's the cool thing about my art, each person spots different things :-)

Colour on colour to create an opening- went for red, and then a cave started to emerge, looking out to daylight.
