With a limited budget and only 2 weeks until 'See No Evil', Layne Arlina set out to create an exhibition space and curate a show to coincide with Bristols infamous Urban Art Festival. The gallery space, The Incident Room, named after it's previous use as parts of the Old Police Station, was officially opened by Bristol City Council's arts officer, Ruth Essex. Artworks:
