Sansom & Co specialise in British art from 1880 to the present day, and are fast becoming a major publisher in this field. We strive to publish the very best art and illustrated books. We are especially strong on Modern British art, including Evelyn Williams, Sonia Lawson, Kurt Jackson, Keith Vaughan, Terry Frost, John and Paul Nash, Gaudier-Brzeska and Stanley

Spencer, as well as lesser known but nevertheless interesting artists. Sansom & Co specialise also in the Cornish art colonies at Newlyn, Lamorna and St Ives, having published books on artists such as Laura Knight, Lamorna Birch, Elizabeth Forbes, TC Gotch, Harold Harvey and Charles Simpson and, from St Ives, Tom Early, Bryan Pearce and Alfred Wallis.
