The prompt for the next meeting is to write anything with a scream in it. Could be joy or terror. Who is screaming? Where are they? Why are they screaming...

The Stortford Scribblers is a friendly, writers' group based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. We love any writing, in any genre.

Some of the group are complete beginners, and some have been writing for years. Some of us write for fun, and some have had writing published, and have won writing competitions or awards.

New members are always welcome.

We meet every other Thursday, 8pm, at the Apton Road Day Centre, Bishop's Stortford, CM23 3SN. The next meeting is January the 4th.
