Last week we visited the Cotswold Vintage Bus Rally just outside Broadway in the wonderful Cotswolds. We start at Moreton in Marsh station where we catch the shuttle bus then take a tour of the rally which culminates in a 60th anniversary of the Bristol VR cavalcade. We also hear a few words from the legendary Dean Howdle. Enjoy.

Daimler 130 Event

This August Bank Holiday is our Daimler 130 celebration for 2026. Number of Daimler vehicles will be on the road including:-

- 248 NEA
- BON 472C
- SDA 757S

We also have a number of visiting Daimler's including EVC 244, GKV 94 & RNA 236J (Sunday only)

Wythall’s Stratford Blue Leyland PD2 supported a special railway excursion to Stratford upon Avon today. Retro Railtours Class 37-hauled ‘Retro Cestrian Bard’ arrived from Sheffield with a number of its passengers ready to take a tour of the highlights of Stratford and its Shakespeare history on our lovely bus.

We’re delighted to be taking part in Brum Transport Fest 2026, organised by Colmore Life!

We will be showcasing Birmingham buses built in the city, that are part of the museums collection, in Birmingham centre on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September, from 11am–5pm.

Brum Transport Fest celebrates Birmingham and the West Midlands’ incredible transport heritage, innovation and future, with vehicles, displays, talks and live entertainment across the city centre.

And it’s free to attend!

Meet the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity Hq 🚁

As part of our Blues & Twos event, we were delighted to catch up with the team who work with the incredible team at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, to find out more about the vital work they do across the region.

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is an independent healthcare provider delivering specialist pre-hospital emergency care to patients across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, the West Midlands and Worcestershire. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, their highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics bring advanced, hospital-level care directly to patients at the scene of serious incidents.

And, as a charity, their lifesaving service relies on the generosity of local communities, businesses and supporters, with no Government funding for their daily missions. (Midlands Air Ambulance Charity⁠).

It was a pleasure to be joined by them and we hope they raised many vital funds for the charity.
