Monica’s work focuses mainly on still life paintings in acrylics, often enriched with textured palette knife techniques. She also enjoys creating portraits, exploring colour, light, and atmosphere through striking contrasts of shade and tone. An active part of the local art community, Monica has exhibited in numerous exhibitions and is a dedicated member of Odiham Art Group as well as an exhibiting member of Farnham Art Society.

We had a wonderful watercolour donuts workshop led by local artist Arti Chauhan, with participants exploring colour, layering, texture and playful details in a relaxed and friendly setting.

It was fantastic to see everyone’s individual style come through — from soft washes to colourful icing and sprinkles — and each participant took home their own delicious-looking watercolour artwork.
