Buachaille, by Anthony Barber
In 1994 Anthony moved to the Isle of Lewis where he paints full time, working in his studio gallery, just above the harbour and beach, in Port of Ness. Anthony's work is based primarily on the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, particularly the West Coast and Hebrides.

I don't usually post things like this on the gallery page, but we absolutely love this idea! 🐾🎨

This summer, Glasgow is being taken over by a pack of 40 giant Scottie dog sculptures (plus 52 wee ones!) as part of Maggie's Scotties in the City.

Each sculpture has been uniquely decorated, creating a wonderful public art trail while raising awareness of the incredible support Maggie's provides to people living with cancer, along with their friends and families.

Art that brings people together and supports such an important cause – what's not to love? ❤️
If you're heading to Glasgow, this looks like a fantastic way to explore the city and enjoy some creativity along the way.

We’re delighted to share another stunning new original by acclaimed artist Sheryl Roberts — Far Beyond.

Following on from Sky Dance, this piece continues Sheryl’s exploration of dramatic light, vast skies and atmospheric landscapes. Painting professionally since 1999, Sheryl has exhibited widely throughout the UK and internationally. Her distinctive use of layered oils, applied with brushes and palette knives, creates remarkable depth and an unmistakable sense of movement and energy.
