With a flu knocking out a whole week for Nige in May he is left with a massive challenge to finish his 200k - 10k already done in that heat this morning with another run scheduled for later 🥵🙌🙌 I’m not really equipped for any kind of first aid assistance so I’ll just keep passing the water bottles 🍻.
