Stonehenge tunnel to follow A303 route

Despite huge fears from experts and residents the tunnel will go ahead. Although the western portal will no longer affect the Midwinter sunset it is still a huge blow to Amesbury and especially the Blick mead dig which is still unsure how this will affect the area around the dig.

The work is part of £1.6bn upgrade to the road but campaigners have called for a "complete re-think".

Wouldn't it be great to see one of these huge animals for real after hearing so much about them from blick mead.

A plan to use back-breeding to resurrect extinct aurochs of Europe and reintroduce them to wild habitats is under way. Scientists have established an organization called Rewilding Europe that aims to return 2.47 million acres to a more natural state. They also intend to reintroduce wild bison, ibexes and wild horses.
