We are thrilled to announce Tim Eitel’s third solo show at Jousse Entreprise gallery, 6 rue Saint-Claude (75003, Paris). We would be delighted to welcome you to the opening this Saturday, 17 October, from 4pm to 9pm, in the presence of the artist.
Nicolas Marbeau, project manager for contemporary programs at the Louvre Museum in Paris, is invited to write the exhibition text.

The gallery will exceptionally be open on Sunday October, 18 from 2pm to 6pm.

C’est le dernier jour pour visiter l’exposition « Chambre noire, toile blanche. La photographie face à la peinture ». À l’occasion du bicentenaire de la naissance de la photographie, l’exposition revient sur deux siècles d’expérimentations, de confrontations et d’influences réciproques entre photographie et peinture.
Les œuvres vidéos d’ Anne-Charlotte Finel et d’ Ange Leccia sont présentées aux côtés de celles de nombreux artistes, dans un dialogue entre les deux médiums.

[Ange Leccia | Biennale Image Vevey], « Impossible Étoile » at 10th
Biennale Images Vevey in Église Sainte-Claire in Vevey, Switzerland, is on view until September 27, 2026.

With « Impossible Étoile », Ange Leccia revisits a dance scene from Saturday Night Fever (1977). Through cropping, slow motion, and repetition, Leccia transforms Tony Manero’s movements into a whirlwind of sensuality. In place of the Bee Gees’ soundtrack, he substitutes Eartha Kitt’s track « Where Is My Man », creating a new narrative. The installation revives a symbol of popular culture to reveal the emotional power of the image. Leccia celebrates cinema, music, and dance-universal languages that bring people together.

At first glance, Claudio’s painting appears soft, enchanting. We lose ourselves entirely in the sinuous grace of his line. Yet beneath this apparent gentleness, the heavy movement of the world soon comes
into view. The permanently distinct coexists with the fleetingly obscure. […] ‘long time, no see’ is a reminiscence of friendship, a surging of the heart before an arid future. It is the joy of ligniting the final blaze.

De prime abord, la peinture de Claudio paraît douce et envoûtante. On s’épanche de tout son être dans les rondeurs de sa ligne. Mais sous cette apparente gentillesse, on aperçoit bien vite le lourd mouvement du monde. Il y a le permanent net et l’éphémère trouble [...] long time no see est une réminiscence de l’amitié, un soulèvement du cœur avant le futur aride. C’est la joie d’allumer le brasier final. [Seulgi Lee | Kunsthalle Marcel Duchamp], « Heumul Heumul » at in Cully, Switzerland, is on view until September 25.

Seulgi Lee presents « Heumul Heumul » (2026), an installation featuring a swirling glass sculpture containing water collected from Korea’s Nakdong River. Evoking Duchamp’s « Air de Paris » (1919), the work transforms a fragment of nature transported from one place to another into a poetic reflection on movement, memory, and cultural exchange.

The title combines mul, the Korean word for “water,” with the onomatopoeic expression “heumul heumul,” evoking water’s continuous flow. Through this central motif, Lee explores the connections between landscapes, cultures, traditions, and memories.

Located on the shores of Lake Geneva, this micro-museum, measuring only a few dozen centimeters in diameter, is known as the smallest museum in the world and was established to honor Marcel Duchamp’s artistic legacy.

We are thrilled to announce Claudio Coltorti’s first solo show at Jousse Entreprise. Untitled ‘Long time no see’, the exhibition features a new series of oils and pigments on wood and canvases by the artist.

Born in Naples, Italy in 1989, Claudio Coltorti ()’s painting envisages the infinite possibilities where reality and vision expands, suspended between the figurative and the abstract; the disproportionate forms of his figures may describe the forces of the relational, or perhaps it would be more correct to say, the manifest of the intimate.

Discover four works by Nathanaëlle Herbelin exhibited in ´Bonnes mères’ at Mucem. The exhibition highlights Mediterranean motherhood as a socially constructed concept, a political issue, and an artistic subject. The exhibition unfolds as an immersive and diachronic journey tracing its history from Antiquity to the present day, in a constant dialogue between eras and artworks. From ancient mother goddesses to the “Bonne Mère” of Marseille, from patriotic mothers to contemporary women artists, it questions representations of motherhood—often laden with expectations—and reveals the plurality of maternal experiences.
