14-18 Meuse-Argonne 14-18 Meuse Argonne is situated in the midst of historic battlegrounds, which were the scenes of ferocius fighting in September 1918.

Open from april to october, beside this period opened at appointment. Our museum “14-18 Meuse-Argonne” gives an impression of what it was like in Montfaucon d'Argonne, Nantillois and the surrounding area during the German occupation of 1914-1918. The main focus however is on the Meuse-Argonne offensive, the American attack of 26 September to 11 November 1918, in which almost 1 million “Doughboys”

took part. The collection, composed of battlefield relics, dioramas, uniforms and weapons is housed in a museum 300m2; also included in the collection are personal items and the stories that are attached to them. At “14-18 Meuse-Argonne” history lives. A visit to our museum is definitely worth everybody's while, both young and old, tourists and serious collectors. The museum is opened from april to october, beside this period we are only opened by appointment.
