Days after Art World Fair Marbella, we continue to discover the work of Javier Korral, a Granada-based artist with an extensive career and international recognition through award-winning exhibitions in Paris and New York.

In Menina with Roses and Odalisque, memory, the human figure and imagination converge through a pictorial language developed over decades of artistic exploration.

His work connects with MAGICAL ART, the curatorial project of Mayen Gallery, where the visible becomes a gateway to what is hidden, mysterious and extraordinary.

PAOLA VIGNOLA — ANGEL PLANET

At Art World Fair Marbella 2026, Mayen Gallery presented Angel Planet (2026), a vision of a planet suspended between matter, light, and creation. Yellow and orange tones, reliefs, and golden accents create a presence that seems to float between the earthly and the divine.

OLYMPUS

A Journey from Matter to the Invisible.

At Art World Fair Marbella 2026, Mayen Gallery presents Olympus, the central work by Spanish artist María José Buxó, whose exploration of inks on paper transforms gesture and chance into territories of contemplation.

In Olympus, the ink seems to rise from matter toward light, revealing a landscape that does not depict a physical place, but rather a state of consciousness. The work invites the viewer to cross the threshold between the visible and the invisible, where nature ceases to be an image and becomes an inner experience.

Without resorting to figurative representation, her compositions evoke springs, horizons, atmospheres, and spaces in which nature seems to reveal itself through an invisible dimension. Each work is born from a unique technique developed over decades, allowing the ink to flow freely across the paper until forms emerge that exist only in the very moment of creation.

Within ARTE MÁGICO, the curatorial line of Mayen Gallery, her work reminds us that reality can also be perceived through intuition and emotion.

Alongside Olympus, Mayen Gallery presents Spring, Searching for Infinity, and Reverie, works that expand this visual universe and reveal different expressions of the same pursuit: discovering the invisible dimension of nature and awakening a profound connection between the artist, the artwork, and the viewer.
