Created in 1997, the Olive Oil Culture Museum is the temple of the olive tree and olive oil in the province of Jaen. But surely, in this great building of the 17th century, we have to emphasize its oil cellar, known as the "Olive Oil Cathedral" and built in 1848, it is an example of industrial architecture with Central Europe influences and symbol of the progress of the Andalusian olive grove in the 19th century.
