ليلة مليانة بالحكايات، والشجاعة، والتواصل الإنساني، وقوة فلسفة «Seek Discomfort».

في GEM Talks، شاركنا عمار قنديل، الشريك المؤسس لـ Yes Theory، مجتمع عالمي لصناعة ومشاركة القصص يتابعه الملايين حول العالم، قصته بكل ما حملته من تجارب وتحديات، من طفولته وبدايات Yes Theory، إلى فلسفة «Seek Discomfort» والتجارب اللي شكلت رحلته.

وشهدت الليلة مفاجأتين مميزتين بانضمام الممثل المصري البريطاني أمير المصري، وأندرس هوفمان، المعروف بـ «Iceman of Antarctica»، للحوار، حيث شاركا تجاربهما الخاصة في مواجهة الخوف، وخوض المجهول، وتحدي النفس وتجاوز منطقة الراحة.

تجربة جمعت القصص الصادقة، والتجارب المختلفة، ووجهات النظر الجديدة، وفتحت مساحة للتفكير في أهمية إننا ندي نفسنا فرصة نخوض تجارب جديدة، حتى لو كانت خارج المألوف.

An inspiring evening of stories, courage, human connection, and the power of seeking discomfort.

Ammar Kandil, Co-founder of Yes Theory, a global storytelling community followed by millions around the world, took the GEM Talks stage for a thought-provoking conversation on overcoming fear, embracing challenges, and how stepping outside your comfort zone can lead to growth.

From his childhood and the beginnings of Yes Theory to the philosophy of Seek Discomfort and the experiences that shaped his path, Ammar shared the stories and lessons behind his journey.

The evening also brought two special surprises, with Egyptian-British actor Amir El-Masry and Anders Hofman, the Iceman of Antarctica, joining the conversation and sharing their own experiences of embracing uncertainty and pushing beyond the familiar.
