ART RULES

15th - 17th century paintings. An exhibition featuring some of the greatest painters from the 15th -17th century Europe will be held from the 5th of June until the 5th of October. Original paintings will be presented from such world renowned Old Masters as Peter Paul Rubens, Pieter Bruegel, Lucas Cranach, Hieronymus Bos

ch, Albrecht Dürer and among many others Tallinn-born Michel Sittow, who became famous as a portrait painter in the Spanish royal court. Visitors will be able to experience nearly one hundred great historic paintings, brought to Tallinn especially for this art event, which is unmatched in scale both in Estonia and its neighboring countries. The title of the event "Art Rules" refers to the Town Hall which was the governing body of 13th century medieval Tallinn. Art was a powerful medium for passing on the moral values and ideals of the time. These historic paintings will be suitingly paired with the interiors of the Town Hall, forming a harmonious whole under its gothic arches. The main organizer of the exhibition is Art-Life Projekt OÜ, whose main goal is to hold different high-level international art events and projects under the banner "World Through Art"

The Exhibition "Art Rules" has been made possible in cooperation with Tallinn Town Hall and the city of Tallinn. KUNST VALITSEB

Euroopa Vanade Meistrite šedöövreid Tallinna raekojas.
15- 17. juunist kuni 5. oktoobrini 2015 eksponeeritakse Tallinna raekojas tuntuimate Euroopa kunstimeistrite maale 15. – 17. Näituse pealkiri „Kunst valitseb“ viitab kunsti võimulekutsumisele keskaegses raekojas, kust valitseti Tallinna linna 13.sajandist alates. Just keskajal oli kunst võimsaks meediumiks valitseva moraali ja ideaalide edasiandmisel. Tallinna raekoja gooti võlvide all leiavad ajaloolised maalid ja interjöör väärika kooskõla. Näituse peakorraldajaks on Art-Life Projekt OÜ, kelle eesmärk on viia ellu erinevaid kõrgetasemelisi rahvusvahelisi kunstiprojekte egiidi all „maailm läbi kunsti”. Näitus „Kunst valitseb” on valmib koostöös Tallinna raekoja ja Tallinna linnaga. Estonian curator of exhibition,
