20 years in the superyacht industry ⚓
In 2006, Stål & Form took its first steps into the superyacht industry through our collaboration with designer Glyn Peter Machin (GPM).
What started as a completely new challenge has since become an important part of who we are. Today, superyacht projects represent around 50% of our production.
Along the way, we have worked on everything from selected metal components for the iconic 82m ALFA NERO to highly complex parts for exterior furniture – together with Glyn Peter Machin, Octoport, Siebensee and many other great customers and partners.
These projects have challenged us, developed our craftsmanship and pushed us to continuously improve our production methods and capabilities.
Today, we carry out the complete metalworking process in-house in Denmark – from engineering and prototyping to CNC machining, tube bending, welding, grinding, mirror polishing, assembly and final quality control.
And 20 years later, the journey continues. New components manufactured by Stål & Form will once again be represented at Monaco Yacht Show 2026.
Most importantly, a huge thank you to our entire Stål & Form team – past and present. Your craftsmanship, creativity, commitment and hard work are the reason we have come this far.
And thank you to all our customers, designers, partners and suppliers who have been part of the journey – with a very special thank you to Glyn Peter Machin (GPM), whose collaboration opened the door to the superyacht industry for Stål & Form back in 2006.
