Along the way, Solomon has managed to pack in a great deal! In 2009, he launched his Black Pop Contemporary , taking his message to his corporate and creative networks all over Copenhagen via monthly art exhibition dinners and InterNations events expat networking events 150-200 persons each month. He has been his network of foodies to heighten there food experience, explore and tantalize there taste buds without burning them 'by trying his Pumpkin and Lime based Jerk Sauce range which includes the use of healthy ingredients like Fresh Turmeric, Limes, Oranges, Coconuts, Mango, Kiwi’s etc.. - Solomon has been showing them how to make tasty, healthy food.
