Die traditionelle Hopfenrundfahrt hatte auch dieses Jahr wieder ihren Start- und Endpunkt am Deutschen Hopfenmuseum.
Neben den Hopfenhoheiten aus den drei Anbaugebieten Hallertau, Spalt und Tettnang gab sich auch wieder das „Who is Who“ der deutschen Hopfenwelt die Ehre. Mit dabei waren Vertreter der Brau- und Hopfenwirtschaft, der Forschung und der Politik.
Michaela Kaniber, bayerische Staatsministerin für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Tourismus, stellvertretender Ministerpräsident des Freistaats Hubert Aiwanger, Bundestagsabgeordneter Christian Moser sowie Andy Aichele, Vize-Landrat des Landkreises Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm und Wolnzachs Bürgermeister Simon Zimmermann waren ebenfalls eingeladen und informierten sich über die aktuellen Entwicklungen in der Hopfenwelt.
Die beliebte Hopfenrundfahrt ist jedes Jahr der offizielle Startschuss zur Hopfenernte.
Once again this year, the traditional Hop Tour began and ended at the German Hop Museum. In addition to the “Hop Queens” from the three growing regions of Hallertau, Spalt, and Tettnang, the “who’s who” of the German hop industry was also in attendance. Representatives from the brewing and hop industries, as well as from research and politics, were present.
Michaela Kaniber, Bavarian Minister of State for Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Tourism; Hubert Aiwanger, Deputy Minister-President of the Free State of Bavaria; Christian Moser, Member of the Bundestag; Andy Aichele, Deputy District Administrator of the Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm district; and Simon Zimmermann, Mayor of Wolnzach, were also invited and learned about the latest developments in the world of hops.
The popular hop tour marks the official start of the hop harvest every year.
