0.2mm vs 0.4mm vs 0.6mm nozzle. Does size really matter in 3D printing?

More detail or faster prints? We put three 3D printer nozzle sizes to the test using the same miniature! 🏆

🔹 0.2mm nozzle: Incredible precision and nearly flawless details, but longer print times.

🔹 0.4mm nozzle: Surprisingly sharp details with a great balance between print quality and speed.

🔹 0.6mm nozzle: Some visible loss of detail, but still impressive results for a larger nozzle!

So, is switching to a smaller nozzle actually worth the extra printing time? 🤔
