Sunday 25th we present Breathing Room Open Day. One day of embodied practices, breath, movement and sound.
A space to reconnect together.
Breathing Room opens its doors for a full-day gathering dedicated to embodied exploration, inner listening, and shared presence.
This open day brings together different practices breathwork, yoga, meditation, and sound, guided by experienced facilitators, each offering a unique entry point into awareness of body, breath, and mind.
You are welcome to join for the whole day or for individual sessions.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are.
