n Shanghai, this Company has painstakingly preserved and recorded one hundred years of glass history and culture. Observing that an ordinary glass factory had such an extraordinary history, Zhang Lin, CEO of the Shanghai Glass Museum, transformed the once hot and stuffy glass factory into a space for artistic creation; a place where the ordinary glass renders, in a creative manner, the extraordinary imaginations and endless sharing.

As 2025 comes to an end, we take a moment to look back on a year shaped by glass, people, and shared experiences.
This year, glass once again carried stories of fragility and strength, tradition and experimentation, reflection and transformation.

Thank you to all the artists, collaborators, and visitors who shared this year with us, and who allowed the Shanghai Museum of Glass to be a place of making, thinking, and gathering.
