One look at those claws… and the Tarbosaurus walked away. 🦖👀

A Tarbosaurus approached a Therizinosaurus taking a drink.

The giant herbivore didn’t run. It raised its massive arms, revealing those enormous, scythe-like claws.

The Tarbosaurus took one look… and backed away.

Therizinosaurus could grow to around 10 meters long, and its claws were among the longest known from any land animal.

And here’s the twist: this terrifying-looking giant was a herbivore. 🌿

Scientists still aren’t sure exactly what those claws were for. Defense is one possibility, but they may also have helped pull down branches or reach food.

So… what do you think those claws were really for? 👀

A Tiny Dinosaur in a World of Giants

Quietly weaving through ferns and mist, a tiny feathered dinosaur suddenly stops. Something is moving deep in the forest. It listens, stays alert—and then slips silently back into the trees.

Meet Sinosauropteryx.

Discovered in Liaoning, China, in 1996, Sinosauropteryx was one of the earliest feathered dinosaurs known to science. Its fossil preserved delicate feather-like structures, giving scientists an important glimpse into the early evolution of feathers and the deep evolutionary connection between dinosaurs and birds.

For China, its discovery was especially significant. It helped open a new chapter in the study of feathered dinosaurs and highlighted Liaoning as one of the world’s most important regions for understanding dinosaur evolution.

Something was watching from the mist…

A Spinosaurus approaches the water, unaware that something is hiding nearby. After drinking, it slowly lifts its head and scans the shoreline. Then its eyes lock onto the shadows… and everything changes.

With its crocodile-like jaws and towering sail, Spinosaurus was one of the most distinctive predators of the Cretaceous.

What would you do if an apex predator suddenly locked its eyes on you?

What could scare a Velociraptor? 🦖

Meet Velociraptor — a small, feathered predator that lived in Late Cretaceous Mongolia.

But something has caught its attention…

It suddenly turns and runs.
What did it see? 👀

Maybe the most dangerous thing in this wilderness isn’t the one doing the hunting.

🦖 T. rex vs. Triceratops: One of the Most Dangerous Showdowns of the Cretaceous

A T. rex had powerful jaws and a bite built for taking down large prey. But Triceratops was no easy target—with three horns, a massive skull, and a powerful frill for protection.

If these two really crossed paths, it wouldn’t have been a simple predator-and-prey encounter.

Who would survive this brutal clash? . 🔥

A mother Triceratops and her calf came to the river for a drink. They would not leave together.

Beneath the murky surface, a massive Deinosuchus waits in silence.

Then, in a split second, it strikes.

The calf is seized and dragged underwater before the mother can react. Left alone on the shore, she paces back and forth, whimpering and calling for her young, seemingly unable to understand what has happened.

The water slowly falls quiet.

In the vast world of the Late Cretaceous, life could change in an instant.

I woke up 66 million years in the past.
No time machine. No warning.
Just mud, mist, and a sky that felt wrong.

The forest is silent. Too silent.
Then the ground shakes.

A Tyrannosaurus rex steps out of the trees.
It looks straight at me.

I don’t run.
I can’t.

What would you do?

Hello, friends! I’m Kael from Kael’s Dino World

I’m based in Nanning, Guangxi, in southern China.

Long before our time, dinosaurs roamed this land. One of them was Fusuisaurus zhaoi, a giant plant-eating sauropod whose fossils were discovered right here in Guangxi.

The dinosaur plushies in this photo are special to me, too. Their patterns feature traditional Zhuang brocade motifs from Guangxi.

For me, dinosaurs are a way to connect people across borders. Through animation, I bring prehistoric creatures back to life and share dinosaur stories and knowledge from around the world.

I hope this little corner sparks curiosity, brings people together, and makes learning about dinosaurs a little more fun. 🌏

Thanks for joining me on this prehistoric journey! 🦖

It came for a drink. Then it noticed the camera. 🦖📹

A Giganotosaurus cautiously approaches a misty Cretaceous riverbank, unaware that an old camera is secretly recording from the cover of the jungle.

For a moment, everything is quiet.

Then the giant predator lifts its head, scans the trees—and locks onto the camera.

With its huge, narrow skull and rows of thin, serrated teeth, Giganotosaurus was built for slicing into flesh. Its teeth were long and blade-like, more suited to cutting than crushing—a deadly adaptation for one of South America’s largest predators.

And now, it’s coming straight for the camera.

This footage is a fictional recreation—but Giganotosaurus was very real.

The sky has a challenger. 🌅

High above the Late Cretaceous skies, two pterosaurs clash in a fierce aerial showdown. One holds the territory. The other has come to challenge him—and there’s nowhere to hide.

Pterosaurs were flying reptiles that lived alongside dinosaurs and ruled the prehistoric skies for more than 150 million years, from the Late Triassic to the end of the Cretaceous.

In the prehistoric sky, only one could hold the territory.
