Our Story
The Gallery of Student Art (GoSA) is a non-profit and non-commercial student-run gallery that is funded and supported by the University of Manitoba Students’ Union. The Gallery is centrally located in 105 University Centre at the University of Manitoba. GoSA is one of the few spaces on campus in which students can exhibit their work. The Gallery provides equal opportunities and experiences for emerging artists from all faculties. Vision: To inspire engagement with art within the University of Manitoba. Mission: To provide a space for students to exhibit and engage with art. Mandate: To exhibit and promote current University of Manitoba students’ art and to contribute to the creative and intellectual conversation within the University. All students and student groups are encouraged to submit exhibition proposals. For more information please download the GoSA Submission Requirements on the UMSU website or contact the Gallery Coordinator at [email protected]
