Kinnen spent hours in the past two weeks as you see a deplorable mess, and now it does look like a clothing store! Her hours of work have produced an incredible transformation.

The old summer kitchen has changed a bit since last summer. It has seen many seasons come and go over the past hundred plus years.

I'm thrilled that if I come out of my Wild West Saloon with cloudy vision, I won't have to fight with these wooden objects that I would have crashed into otherwise. Thanks Joe and Kinnen

In 1977 I photographed a name jug while writing my book Bottles of the Canadian Prairies. That jug ended up finding its new home out in Eastern Canada. I like to acquire items with ASSA or NWT. Well a shocking dream came true this week! 49 years later I was able to purchase this jug and spend some of my moldy money! I am blessed to acquire it adding it to my collection on display at my museum.
