White River Heritage Museum

White River Heritage Museum This museum is run by the White River District Historical Society. We keep visitors up to date with our hours, events and other useful information.

Welcome to the White River Heritage Museum! Entry is free, but we do appreciate donations. Located in the home town of Winnie, the black bear who inspired Winnie-the-Pooh, we are home to hundreds of Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends items and collectibles. We also feature important artifacts from our town's history, from the railroad to antique household items, and work to preserve the town's heritage.

We also have a souvenir shop of many White River Winnie the Pooh items, as well as previously loved hard to find items.
